Food safety certificationNguyen Huy, food manager in Viet Nam for global quality certification agency Bureau Veritas, said before 2015 fishery products accounted for most food safety alerts from the RASFF about Vietnamese consignments. He said one of the most popular certifications in Europe is the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety developed by food industry experts.
