more-inKochi: The State Human Rights Commission will recommend construction of a bus bay at Kacheripadi. The decision was taken at a sitting of the Commission led by acting chairman P. Mohana Das at the district Collectorate on Wednesday. The Commission also took up a complaint that restricting sale of ISL tickets to online had caused black-market sale of tickets. Vysakh, resident of Koovappadam in Aluva, on charges of posting slanderous content against journalist Shani Prabhakar on social media. He was arrested under section 67 of the IT Act and the police are likely to net more people in this regard.
