According to data from The Times newspaper, Richmond Upon Thames is the best place to live in the UK. The paper's 'expert team of judges from The Sunday Times' has used nine different of categories to rank which are the best places to live in Britain. Criteria such as crime rates, housing prices and NHS waiting times were considered in its decision making process. "Which might be nice if you have a million to spend, but otherwise has one of the highest crime rates in Britain," add The Times.
