Richmond has been named the best place to live in EnglandThe UK's “best places to live” have been revealed, and one has the lowest crime rates in London. The Times has published its annual list of the top spots in England to live using data including local Ofsted ratings, NHS waiting times, green spaces and average house price. Richmond in west London took the top spot, with an 80% GP satisfaction rate and the lowest crime rate in London. It has an average house price of £748,000, 48% higher than the London average. It has an average house price of £342,000 and some of the lowest NHS waiting times in England.
