Former Nebraska coach Bo Pelini will replace Dave Aranda as the defensive coordinator at LSU, Sports Illustrated reported Monday. Pelini, currently the head coach at Youngstown State, will sign a multi-year deal worth about $2 million per season, per the report. Pelini, 52, previously served as the LSU defensive coordinator under coach Les Miles from 2005-07. Pelini owns a 100-55 record as a head coach. Aranda was named the new head coach at Baylor after helping the Tigers win a national championship with a 15-0 season in 2019.
