Cord leader Raila Odinga met leaders from the Taita Taveta region at his Capitol Hill office in Nairobi on Thursday. On Wednesday, Raila met leaders from Maasai community barely a day after a section of elders met President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House. Raila said he hosted them to discuss political affairs ahead of his scheduled tour of Taveta to consolidate Cord's support in the Coast region.
