The Winnipeg Jets, losers of six of their past seven games and eight of their past 10, wobble into St. Louis on Thursday with a pop gun for a power play. “And that’s usually been the key for us, to win those tight games with the power play. The power play used to supply the pretty bow to tie around Jets victories. “As a teammate, I believe in those guys.”What’s nearly impossible to believe is the Jets remaining a factor in the playoff race with their power play firing blanks. Nathan Beaulieu will return from his latest injury, and while he’s not the answer to a struggling power play, he does hope to add a physical and positive presence.
