The government will commence the public tender of a residential site of no. 2, 4, 6, 8 Mansfield Road, the Peak next Friday, the Lands Department announced. The land in the 2020-21 Land Sale Programme has a site area of about 12,531 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area are 14,456 sq m and the maximum gross floor area are 24,093 sq m.The tender will close on December 18.
