Total card receivables decreased by 3.2 percent year-on-year in the third quarter to HK$120.2 billion at end-September, after an increase of 0.2 percent in the previous quarter, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority published the credit card lending survey results. The combined delinquent and rescheduled ratio fell slightly to 0.42 percent at end-September from 0.47 perecnt at the previous quarter-end. Similarly, the charge-off ratio decreased to 0.63 percent from 0.71 percent in the previous quarter.
