Risha’s murder has been dared because of the failure of the authorities to bring Tonu's killers to justice, they say. They organised a human-chain demonstration in front of Willes Little Flower School and College from 12pm to 1pm on Thursday to demand swift trial of Risha murder suspect Obayedul Khan. Police are yet to make any arrest or identify any suspect six months after the murder of Tonu in Comilla Cantonment. He demanded special tribunal to try Risha's murderer. Student Kazi Tahid said, "Police have arrested murderer Obayedul with the public help.
