“Pradeep Kumar Das has been shifted to Chittagong jail around 1pm on Saturday. Md Riaz Uddin, deputy director of ACC, filed the case with the integrated court of Chittagong Divisional ACC office. The ACC's investigation against OC Pradeep started back in 2018. On April 20 in 2019, OC Pradeep and his wife were given the notice to submit the statement of their assets. OC Pradeep surrendered on the following day and later police took him to Cox’s Bazar.
