The deceased is Dulal Miya, 25, who was undergoing treatment at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital with 90% burn injuries, confirmed Md Bachchu Miya, in-charge of DMCH police outpost. Bachchu said the condition of one of the injured Mozammel Hossain, 22, is critical. The five workers were burned at around 4am on Friday morning at an SS Steel Mills Limited factory. They were later admitted to the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH). Mojammel sustained 90% burn injuries while Niloy, 25, and Ripon, 30, sustained 50% burns.
