The Hoyts EntX cinema multiplex and food court complex in central Christchurch remains for sale. Two would-be buyers are reportedly negotiating to buy central Christchurch's EntX entertainment complex after it was put up for sale late last year. The $50 million complex was built by developers Calder Stewart with a seven-screen cinema for tenants Hoyts with 19 hospitality outlets underneath. Calder Stewart has already successfully sold another central Christchurch property, the former temporary police headquarters complete with cell block in St Asaph St.
