CID Sylhet zone Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shamim Ur Rashid Pir confirmed the matter on Tuesday. However, the court is yet to accept the charge sheet and fixed February 10 to hold a hearing in this regard. Sumon Chandra Das, a student of Sylhet International University and a BCL activist, was shot dead in a bloody clash over campus supremacy between two BCL groups in SUST campus on November 20, 2014. Sumon's mother Pratibha Das filed a case in Jalalabad Police Station on November 22, 2014.
