Durham Regional Police say they are searching for two suspects believed to be involved in an overnight shooting in Ajax that left a 29-year-old man dead on Wednesday. Police say they were called to an address on Smith Lane, near Westney Road North, just after midnight for reports of shots fired. When officers arrived, they located a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators have not released descriptions of the two suspects believed to be involved. The homicide unit has taken over the investigation and is urging any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
