Woman, 65, dies after being trapped in Milton townhouse fire


Ontario's Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) is investigating the cause of a blaze a townhouse in Milton early Wednesday morning that left a 65-year-old woman dead. Milton's fire chief Peter Gatto said reports came in that someone was trapped inside the residence. Ivan L'Ortye with Halton police said two occupants of the unit where the fire started managed to escape while the 65-year-old woman could not.
