Regina police say a 14-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon after two men had coffee poured on them. They say a second man was also splashed with coffee and a video of that attack was posted to Facebook. RCMP from the Wadena detachment arrested and charged a 14-year-old boy from the area. He is to appear in Regina youth court on Dec. 5. One of victims identified himself as South Asian and the other man who was hit with coffee is black.
