Galina Fedorova, 32, was found by the Italian coastguard after she had gone to a Sardinian island with photographer Yev Taranovs to work on a project. They had hired an inflatable boat for the assignment - which was later found littered with empty alcohol bottles. As they made their way to the island for the shoot, Taranovs said they stopped to take a dip in the sea. The pair reportedly tried to swim to the boat, but Taranovs said he lost sight of Russian-born Galina. On her Instagram page, followed by 102,000 fans, the Paris-based model describes herself as a “model, traveller, yoga lover, hedonist and earth patriot”.
