The High Court has been told that more than £11million cannot be found that belongs to clients of Kingly Solicitors Limited. Kingly Solicitors has head offices in London and is owned by 35-year-old Nurul Miah, who is not a lawyer. On Friday last week the SRA obtained an extension to an order freezing the accounts of the company and Kash2 Limited, also owned by Mr Miah through his company NM Group Limited. The High Court heard that he spent more than £350,000 from client funds on a Ferrari 812 Superfast and a used Aston Martin. Client money was also said to have been spent on Kingly Solicitors’ running costs, buying properties, loans to third parties “with varying degrees of security”, and buying other legal practices across the country.
