KANGAR: While most people will run for their valuables first in event of a disaster, Jahara Hat went for her 'song book'. However, the book and the lyrics now ruined by flood that hit her house on Thursday. "I always read the lyrics in the book while playing the song in my head whenever I feel lonely but now the book has been ruined in the flood on Thursday. As at 2pm Wednesday, only 413 evacuees left at three flood relief centres in Kangar and Arau, thanks to the fair weather for the past few days. The favourable weather over the past three days had allowed more evacuees to return home and relief centres in Padang Besar to be closed.
