KUALA LUMPUR: A National Anti-Drugs Agency (Nada) officer sustained injuries when he was allegedly stabbed with a pocket knife by a drug addict yesterday. The incident occured when a team of Nada personnel conducted an operation against drug abuse at a house in Sungai Masin, Batang Kali, Hulu Selangor. He said one of the trio had run away from the scene when they were confronted by Nada officers. A scuffle broke out during his arrest and one of the officers was stabbed with a pocket knife,” he said in a statement. Police had seized the knife used in the attack.
