Paragliding festival to take place in Yen BaiA paragliding festival is scheduled to take place from May 18-20 on Khau Pha mountain pass in Mu Cang Chai district of the northwestern province of Yen Bai. Mu Cang Chai terraced paddies are in form of glittering ponds before locals transplant rice seedlings. The three-day event will be co-organised by the Vietwings Hanoi Club and Yen Bai Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism. Terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai are beautiful all year round.
