MANILA, Philippines — Manny Pacquiao is throwing a lavish party on Monday to celebrate his 40th birthday in General Santos City. Over a thousand guests, including family, relatives, friends and VIPs, will troop to the KCC Convention Center for the party. But Duterte, who graced Pacquiao’s birthday party the past two years, begged off this time. Word is that he spent over a million pesos when he threw a party for some members of the media earlier this week. Also this week, Pacquiao treated members of his household in Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village, and members of his security staff to a Christmas party.
