The chair of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, Marie Boivin, is one of 12 individuals being sanctioned by the U.S. Department of the Treasury following an investigation into mail fraud. Boivin is the director of Accu-Rate, an Ottawa-based foreign exchange company and an affiliate of PacNet.
