Ontario’s next government needs to keep the dream of home ownership alive
Ontario is facing a historic housing affordability crisis. Protect buyers and sellers by enacting key regulations (including the Code of Ethics and General Regulations) under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act. Get dirty money out of Ontario real estate. Create an Ontario-made public beneficial ownership registry, in order to stop corrupt overseas officials and drug lords from laundering money through real estate.
