KAMLOOPS, B.C.—Mounties are investigating a shooting that sent a man to hospital in Kamloops, B.C. Police say they were called to a home on the community’s north shore early Monday to a report of a disturbance. Simon Pillay says the shooting is believed to have been targeted and those involved are part of the local drug trade. Police say this is the fourth such shooting in the city this year, although the other three resulted in fatalities.
