Olympics: Election of Officers Bearers of NOCSL scheduled for April 25SportThe National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOCSL) officially announced that the election of its office bearers will be held on April 25, following the Special General Meeting (SGM) held at the Olympic House in Colombo. “Further arrangements and details relating to the election will be finalised in due course and communicated accordingly,” the NOC communique stated. The SGM was convened following a notice issued on February 17, 2026, as per Article 5(b) of the NOC Constitution, with each national sports federation required to nominate three delegate, one of whom must be female from their executive committee members to represent the federations at the meeting.
