After her husband passed away 11 years ago, Chin is surviving on charitable means and allowance from the Social Welfare Department. “My husband was a driver, but I am alone now after he passed away,” she said. “We have been looking for an old folks’ home since a few months back as she requested somewhere not too far from here,” he said.
