As of the latest count, the nuisance candidate had a little over 20,000 votes to his name. Undoubtedly, the fielding of a nuisance candidate was a well-planned ploy at deception. What concerns us is the plight of the 20,000-plus voters who voted for the nuisance candidate “Uy” in the ballot. It’s a good thing the nuisance candidate ploy flopped.
