Ademola OloniluaFilm Maker, Adekunle Adejuyigbe, popularly known as Nodash, has pledged to tackle the problem of unemployment in the country through creativity. He told Saturday Beats that he hoped to achieve this by utilising every resource at his disposal. Nodash stated that a major problem facing the Nigerian film industry was how to get a good crew for productions. He told Saturday Beats that he noticed the problem when he directed his first feature film in 2012 and that it was what led to the creation of his film team, The Elite Film Team. He added that the job creation project was hinged on the need to have competent hands in the Nigerian film industry.
