Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins said there were no new community Covid-19 cases on Wednesday and nearly 27,000 people had now been vaccinated. Earlier in the day, the Ministry of Health fronted a parliamentary committee to talk about the vaccine and Covid-19 Public Health Act.
