The foreign nationals know the weakness of our judicial system and take advantage out of it. They come here to study, but purposely commit offence, get an FIR registered against themselves and impending judicial proceedings prolong their stay in the country. We have a list of foreign nationals illegally staying in the state, but since cases are ongoing against them we are unable to deport them. If a foreign national is involved in crime, the court proceedings must be fast-tracked and he must be deported within a month.
