New McDonald’s opens at motorway service station outside FermoyMcDONALD’s are creating up to 65 new jobs with the opening of a new restaurant at junction 14 on the M8 at Fermoy. With an initial investment of €2 million, the restaurant is operated by franchisee Chris Pim, who also operates McDonald’s restaurants in Kilkenny, Dungarvan, and Cashel. Features of the new Fermoy restaurant include table service, indoor kids digital play table, and a host of digital innovations such as touch-screen ordering.
