A neighbour spotted two men trying to break into the On The Spot Hospital Store dairy. Two drunk men trying to burgle a Blenheim dairy were spotted by a neighbour who heard them shouting and banging. Tukia Fotu, 28, and Manase Kivalu, 20, were outside the On The Spot Hospital Store dairy on Maxwell Rd about 9.30pm on August 27. They then turned their attention to the dairy, and one of the men appeared to be removing beading from the shop window, the summary said. The other man ran behind the dairy, the summary said.
