According to him, the experience of workers under the party’s previous administration was marked by significant challenges, raising concerns about the potential impact of a future NPP government on labour conditions. “Workers suffered under the NPP, and they will suffer again if Ghanaians buy into their promises and return them to power,” he warned. Koomson also called on labour union leaders to remain focused and avoid partisan influence, emphasising the need to prioritise the welfare and interests of workers above political considerations. He concluded by urging workers and union leaders to remain vigilant and make informed decisions to protect their livelihoods and long-term well-being.
