The exercise which is undergoing in all parts of the country is organized by the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) to elect Parliamentary candidates to represent the party in the December 7 polls. 46 delegates are expected to vote ate the Light House Academy and Institute of Accountants polling stations. As at the time of GhanaWeb's visit to the polling station, only 3 had voted as at 8:30 am.
