When GhanaWeb visited the La Post office polling centre at 7am, no setup had been made for the commencement of votes. Some party delegates around told the News team that EC officials were yet to arrive at the polling centre with the needed materials. Though the setup was ready at the La Roman Catholic Primary school polling centre, EC officials were yet to arrive with the ballot papers for polls to commence as at 8:00am. Some delegates were also seen sitting around waiting for the arrival of the papers.
