Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has praised second lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi describing her as a "firebrand". Museveni noted that she has shown dedication to her work, adding that he was going to borrow her clerical skills. "I am very happy to see Pastor Rigathi, I didn't know we have a firebrand in Kenya," he said. Pastor Dorcas has been championing the boychild program, where she has sponsored the rehabilitation program. Through the boychild program, Pastor Dorcas said she hopes to change the lives of youths and make them better people in society.
