Mother, child die in Mombasa-Nairobi highway crashTwo people died today in an accident at the junction connecting Machinery town, and the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. A woman and her child died on the spot while the driver sustained serious injuries after the vehicle they were travelling in was hit by a truck. The accident occurred after the driver of the truck lost control of the vehicle following a tyre burst.
