Morocco starts making its own intensive care beds


Moroccan engineers managed to make a prototype of an intensive care bed that shall be produced en masse for export purposes, according to the industry ministry. The bed was made by private companies in partnership with the Moroccan industry ministry, which spurred the project. It has been designed to meet international intensive care standards and is much competitive auguring well for export. Ventilator manufacturers accused the health ministry of delaying the approval of the respiration machines. On Friday, total coronavirus cases rose to 57,085 including 1011 deaths and 41901 recoveries.
