Quezon City Fourth District Councilor Hero Bautista aims to address this issue with the deployment of the first mobile health trucks. More than just blood collection, the health trucks also provide free swab tests for residents, hitting two birds with one stone. Resident Rowena Roxas welcomed the free swab test, saying "Laking tulong po ay libre, sa Red Cross, P2500 ang swab test. "We needed to do this and we are very thankful to the barangays that supported the initiative," Councilor Bautista shared.
