CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — Thirty-five villages in this city have been placed under granular lockdown from 8 p.m. September 26 until 8 p.m. of October 4 in a bid to curb the spread of COVID-19 among residents. Affected in the lockdown are villages Alibagu, Guinatan, Calamagui 2nd, Baculod, Bliss Village, Bagumbayan, Baligatan, Osmena, Sta. Last month, the same villages were put under lockdown status, which was lifted September 21. The new granular lockdown has caused some dismayed villagers to air their displeasure online, noting that they are still recovering from a five-day respite since the month-long lockdowns have affected most villages in this city.
