LEGAZPI CITY — A police officer was shot and killed in Daraga town in Albay province on Saturday night, report said Sunday. Police Lieutenant Colonel Bogard Arao, Daraga police chief, identified the victim as Police Staff Sergeant Allan Madelar, assigned as intel warrant officer in Guinobatan town police, also in Albay.
