The Duchess of Sussex has climbed the ranks of the Lyst Index to be named as this year's most influential dresser, replacing make-up mogul Kylie Jenner. Kylie ranked as seventh this year meanwhile Kim Kardashian joined Meghan's sister-in-law Kate, in failing to make the top ten. Cardi B who ranked in fourth place last year has slipped to fifth as seventeen-year-old singer Billie Eilish joins the list. She single-highhandedly increased interest in wearing neon green after wearing the colour throughout summer, as searches rose by 69 per cent. Aside from wearing luxury designers, Cardi B has also sparked momentum in the fashion industry by collaborating with online retailer FashionNova.
