Matatu owners have complained over the NTSA’s “unnecessary delays” in processing their licences, Transport Licensing Appeals Board chairman Mwaura Njoroge (pictured) has said. The matatu owners said the delays make them lose out on business. The operators say NTSA has been giving excuses that computers are out of order, Njoroge said. He said the board will talk with the NTSA, but if the problem persists, it will listen to both parties and make a ruling.
