IPOH: A man. who was charged with his wife for making fraudulent claims on the goods and services tax (GST) last month, was slapped with another five counts for the offence. Loo Peng Wah, 50, pleaded not guilty to the five charges totalling RM363,769 at the Sessions Court on Wednesday. Sessions judge Murtazadi Amran set bail at RM20,000 for each charge with one surety, and for the accused to report once every month at the nearest Customs Department. On Aug 30, Loo and his wife Ng Lee Foon, 45, had claimed trial to 11 counts of making claims totalling RM745,838.
