PILI, Camarines Sur — Police in Libmanan town in Camarines Sur province said a man’s chopped up body parts were discovered on Friday afternoon. According to the police, residents of Barangay Inalahan reported a sack which contained the lower body parts of the still unidentified victim around 2 p.m.ADVERTISEMENTLater in the afternoon, the upper body parts were also found in neighboring Barangay Potot. Police said the male victim was of medium built, semi-bald, and could be around 30 to 40 years old.
