Clara, you say the majority of Thais approve of the junta government. But, you see, they acquiesce because they are afraid of “attitude adjustment”, a euphemism for intimidation and confinement. They are afraid of seeing soldiers in battle fatigues sitting in a Humvee parked in front of their home. Meanwhile I am looking forward to seeing how Donald Trump is going to wiggle out of his election promises, especially the pledge of a US-Mexican wall. Somsak Pola
