Everybody liked Dhoni because Dhoni was very quiet. However, it was a lighter ball than most tennis balls, being the ball used in lawn tennis, a green coloured ball that was called the Cosco ball. Hashmi recalls: "Even when we played as youngsters, Dhoni played the helicopter shot. In the Dhoni biopic there is a scene which shows Dhoni’s father, Pan Singh, letting young Dhoni play a cricket tournament just before his exam.
