The second-largest IT services provider in the nation, Infosys , has announced that eligible employees will get an average performance bonus of 85% for the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2024–2025, which ends in September. According to several sources, the incentive will be given to mid- and junior-level workers in the delivery and sales departments, who make up the majority of the software major's 3.15 lakh employees in Bengaluru. Bonus Payout Details and Performance Overview The company informed the eligible employees via email that the bonus will be credited with their November salary. Employee Categorization and Bonus Allocation The average performance bonus amount includes payments to workers in band six (E6) and lower. Employees at Infosys are also anticipating the modification to the September–October assessment cycle for the fiscal year 2023–2024.
